1. Your right to deletion
If you use Ombir AI, you can ask us to delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. We handle every request in line with applicable data protection law, including India's DPDP framework.
2. What can be deleted
- Your Ombir AI account and profile information
- Name, email address, phone number and business details you provided
- WhatsApp and CRM-related personal information associated with your account, where applicable — including connected WhatsApp account details, contacts and conversation records stored on our platform
- Lead and enquiry records submitted through our website forms or assistant
3. Data we may need to retain
Some information may be retained after deletion where we are required or permitted to keep it — for example for legal and regulatory compliance, tax and accounting records, security and fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business requirements.
Retained data is limited to what is necessary for those purposes and is deleted once the requirement ends.
4. How requests are processed
After you submit a request we verify your identity and ownership of the account, review what data can be removed, and complete the deletion within a reasonable period — typically within 30 days of verification.
